The New York Daily News says the dreamy-eyed "Gossip Girl" guy marked the beginning of 2009 by invading the personal space of his waitress at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami. "Her hands were full with two bottles of Champagne for him," a spy tells the paper, "so he just grabbed her face and kissed her."  |
